Operational Settings

Enable SCAN EVERY ITEM

ENABLE this to require the scanning of EACH item when scanning multiple quantities of the same barcode. DISABLE to allow the user to input the QUANTITY manually

Blind Stocktake

ENABLE this to hide the system quantity (from your database) quantity from the user whilst completing a stocktake. This is referred to as a ‘blind’ stocktake. DISABLE to show the system quantity to the user.

Valuations

ENABLE to show the Value Data in your Inventory table under the VIEW INVENTORY tab

Currency

Select the relevant Currency for the Product Value’s

User Management

Here you can add users, delete users and reset passwords.

To add a user click the Add New User button. Enter their information. The new user will be emailed their user login information including password. The number of Users you can add may be limited by your account plan. To change plans, see instructions below.

To delete a user, click Remove next to the relevant user. A prompt to confirm will appear to the right, click Delete to confirm

To reset a users password, click Reset Password next to the relevant user. The USer will be sent a reset password link. To reset or change your own password, click on the person icon in the top right of the screen

Data and Account Settings

In this section you can upgrade or downgrade your plan by clicking Change Plan or cancel your subscription by clicking Cancel. (Cancelling your plan will result in a pop-up appearing asking you to input your account password. This is to prevent against accidental cancelling of your plan)

To the right of this section you can click the Delete all Data to delete your account data. This includes deleting all products, locations, stock and will take your account back to when you first signed up. Your account and subscription will remain active. This is NOT reversible and your data is not recoverable. (Clicking this button will result in a pop-up appearing asking you to input your account password. This is to prevent against accidental cancelling of your plan)
